Stardust Rewards Terms & Conditions
The Stardust Referral Program ("The Program") is a promotion which enables users to earn rewards by completing actions within the Stardust app. The Program is operated by Stardust Entertainment Inc ("Stardust"), a California Corporation. To participate in the Program, users must agree to the Terms & Conditions described below.
The Program is open to residents of the United States, whose phone device location is set to United States.
Individual users may be disqualified from participation in The Program if the user is suspected of attempting to artificially generate rewards (e.g. creating fake accounts, signing up users that are not interested in using the app). Decisions to disqualify users from the Program may be made by Stardust in its sole determination, with no advance notice or warning to users. Disqualified users may have any existing or partially completed rewards forfeited, or be otherwise penalized (including account suspension or deletion, and/or legal action), at Stardust's sole discretion.
For each User to earn their first Reward under the Program, the User must complete the following steps within the Allotted Time:
Add one or more titles to their List using the "Add Titles to List" screen on the Rewards page
Complete their user profile by adding their name, photo and one or more "Top rated" titles.
Complete two (2) valid User Referrals.
A User Referral is completed when a new user creates an account on Stardust using the unique link from the Referring User, which may be generated by Recommending a movie or show and sent by text message to the Referring User's phone contacts.
For each User to earn their second or subsequent Rewards under the Program, the User must complete the following steps within the Allotted Time:
Complete three (3) valid User Referrals
A Reward Cycle becomes active when the User visits the Rewards page while the program is open and accepting new entries, and the user is not already in a Reward Cycle. Upon beginning a Reward Cycle, the user is given an Allotted Time of 180 hours (7 days and 12 hours) to complete the steps required for qualification.
Once a user has qualified for a Reward, the user may claim the Reward by pressing the Claim reward button from the Rewards page in the Stardust app. Any Reward which has not been claimed by the user within 30 days after earning it will be forfeited, and qualification steps will not be counted towards any future Reward.
Each Reward is a $10 Fandango Promotional Code ("Code"), which will be sent to the email address associated with the user's profile within the Stardust app. The Reward may be changed by Stardust from time to time, at its sole discretion.
Each Code has an expiry date which is included in the email with the Reward
Code is good towards one movie ticket (up to $10 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see any movie. Code is void if not redeemed by the expiry date shown. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, code cannot be replaced. Code has no cash value, except as required by law. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket and Fandango's convenience fee is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this Program. The redemption of the Code is subject to Fandango's Terms and Policies at www.fandango.com/terms-and-policies.
The Program is offered on a limited time basis, and may be closed to new entries or withdrawn, with no prior notice, at the sole discretion of Stardust, for any reason or no reason, and at any time.
When a user begins a new Reward Cycle, User Referrals completed prior to the start of the new cycle (and not credit towards a previous Reward) may be counted towards the new Reward Cycle, as long as the User Referral was completed (user joined Stardust) within 30 days prior to the start of the new Reward Cycle.
Unless part of an earned or claimed reward, contacts invited more than 30 days ago will no longer be displayed in the Rewards page.
User referrals are only valid if the newly referred user has never used the Stardust app before, and if the referred user's phone device has never has the Stardust app installed on it before. New users that sign up with a phone number or email address that has been used by another Stardust account will be considered invalid, and that user will not be credited (even if they subsequently sign up with a different phone number or email address).
Users agree not to send any "spam” or illegal emails; or create bulk communications (e.g. mass text blasts; automated postings on Internet forums/ instant messages/phone calls); or otherwise break the law when are sending referral links
Stardust's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Program is subject to the laws of the State of California, and any disputes related to the Program must be brought before a court in the County of Los Angeles.
Stardust reserves the right to modify the Details, Terms and Conditions of The Program from time to time, at its sole discretion.
